Maharashtra CET 2021: Re-exam for students who couldn’t appear due to heavy rain in state

Maha CET 2021 exams for various courses like Engineering, Hotel Management, MBA, LLB, Pharmacy started from September 15 and will continue till October 10.
Candidates can download and use the sample papers for better preparation.
Download NowNEW DELHI: Maharashtra Minister of Higher Education Uday Samant today announced that a re-exam will be conducted for candidates who could not appear for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH CET 2021) due to heavy rainfall in the state.
“In view of the situation created due to torrential rains in the state, the CET examinations of MHCET and other courses will be re-taken for the students who could not appear for the examinations. No student will be deprived from the exam and the concerned students should not worry.” Uday Samat said in a tweet.
राज्यात मुसळधार पावसामुळे निर्माण झालेली स्थिती पाहता जे विद्यार्थी परीक्षा देऊ शकले नाहीत अशा विद्यार्थ्यांच्या एमएचसीईटी व इतर अभ्यासक्रमांच्या सीईटी परीक्षा पुन्हा घेण्यात येणार आहेत. परीक्षेपासून एकही विद्यार्थी वंचित राहणार नसून संबंधित विद्यार्थ्यांनी काळजी करू नये.

Maha CET 2021 exams for various courses like Engineering , Hotel Management, MBA, LLB, Pharmacy started from September 15 and will continue till October 10.
A total of 8,55,869 students will appear in the CET exam this year at 226 centres.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast ‘extremely heavy rains‘ at a few places in Marathwada, Mumbai and other parts of the coastal Konkan region of Maharashtra in the next 24 hours.
Heavy rains have been lashing the Marathwada region comprising eight districts since Monday evening, causing floods in many areas and claiming ten lives in over the last 48 hours, officials said, according to PTI report.
