MAH MBA CAP 2025: Round 3 option entry begins against vacant seats

Try NowState Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra has displayed the provisional vacant seats for the third round of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2025 for MBA, MMS, PGDM courses. Candidates participating in MAH MBA CAP 2025 round 3 can check the list of vacant seats in participating colleges on the official website, mba2025.mahacet.org.in.
As per the MAH MBA counselling 2025 schedule, students can submit and confirm their options by logging in on the portal between August 16 and 18. Based on the choices submitted by the candidates, the Maharashtra MBA seat allotment will be announced on August 21.
According to the provisions of Rule 9 in the MAH MBA CAP 2025 information brochure, candidates can fill in their preferences for institutes and courses in descending order of priority. Once the application is submitted through the candidate's login, the options filled will be considered for allotment. Candidates may fill a maximum of 300 options of institute and course combinations in order of preference.
For round 3, if a candidate is allotted a seat as per any of their first six preferences, the allotment will be automatically frozen (auto-freeze) and the candidate must take admission within the given deadline. Such a candidate will not be eligible for the remaining CAP rounds.
MAH MBA CAP 2025
23,448 seats were left vacant after the second round of Maharashtra MBA admissions 2025. Of 26,873 candidates who submitted options in MAH MBA CAP round 2 counselling 2025, only 21,051 were allotted seats.
Candidates who were allotted other than first preference in round 2 and wanted betterment in the subsequent rounds were asked to claim the allotted seat by accepting it by choosing ‘Not Freeze/Betterment’ option for betterment and had to pay the seat acceptance fee.
