MAH CET 2024: BEd, MEd entrance exam registration starts on cetcell.mahacet.org

Download NowNEW DELHI: The State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has started the MAH CET BEd-MEd 2024 through the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The registration process for MAH CET MEd 2024 has also started. The online registration process for both exams will end on January 29.
The exam for MAH CET BEd-MEd (five-year integrated) and MEd programmes will be held on March 2. Candidates applying for the MAH CET BEd-MEd (five-year integrated programmes) should be an Indian national and should have a postgraduate degree in science or social sciences or humanities from a recognised institution with a minimum 55% marks. However, candidates belonging from OBC, SC and ST categories (Maharashtra state list only) should have a postgraduate degree with minimum 50% marks.
Candidates applying for the MEd programme should have passed graduation or postgraduation or equivalent exam from a recognised Institution in Maharashtra or outside the Maharashtra. The applicant should either have a domicile of Maharashtra and / or is born in Maharashtra.
Candidates whose mother or father has a domicile of the state, or one of the parents is a union government employee posted in Maharashtra can also apply for the exam. Candidates belonging to areas which are disputed among Maharashtra and Karnataka can also apply for the exam.

MAH CET MEd exam pattern
Candidates will have to attempt a question paper consisting of four divisions, which will have 200 questions. Candidates will have to attempt the question paper in 150 minutes.
