Madhya Pradesh universities to conduct offline semester exams, says minister: Report

Madhya Pradesh higher education minister Mohan Yadav said that universities will conduct semester exams in offline mode.
NEW DELHI: Colleges, universities in Madhya Pradesh will conduct offline semester exams, higher education minister Mohan Yadav said according to an ANI report.
“The university semester exams will be held in offline mode. COVID-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to during the examinations,“ Yadav told ANI.

Yadav reportedly said that conducting offline examinations is better than promoting students during the COVID-19 pandemic as many private and government companies refuse to consider the marksheets of such students.
Moreover, the minister said that the students of the first and third semester of postgraduate courses, who have not been able to take the examination due to Covid, will be able to take the exam within 10 days of the completion of the exams.

Recently, MP board released the pre-board Class 10 and 12 time table on the official website, mpbse.nic.in 2022. As per the MP exam date, the Class 10 and 12 pre-board exams will be conducted from Thursday, January 20, 2022. The MP board exam 2022 for Class 10 will end on January 28, 2022 and MP board Class 12 exams will conclude on January 31, 2022.
As per the official statement of the board, the pre-board exams will be held as take home.
