Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025: Round 3 option registration begins; allotment results on January 13

Try NowThe Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has started the round 3 registration process for Kerala National Eligibililty-cum-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG 2025) counselling. Candidates can register and submit their choices for Kerala NEET PG round 3 counselling on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in, until January 9, up to 4 pm.

According to the schedule, the provisional seat allotment result will be declared on January 12, while the final allotment will be announced on January 13.
Candidates allotted seats in round 3 counselling will have to report to the allotted college with the required documents and pay the applicable fee between January 14 and 17 to confirm their admission.

The option registration fee is equal to the annual tuition fee for government medical colleges (including RCC and Malabar Cancer Centre), while it is Rs 1 lakh for self-financing medical colleges.
For SC/ ST/ OE and other fee-concession–eligible candidates, the fee will be half of the respective amounts.
Kerala NEET PG 2025: Final allotment on January 13
Candidates who did not register their options in round 1 or round 2 will be required to pay the option registration fee for fresh registration.
Candidates who were allotted seats in round 1 or round 2 but did not take admission will be required to pay the option registration fee again for fresh registration in round 3 of Kerala NEET PG counselling .
“College authorities will approve and submit the list of admitted candidates to the CEE through the Online Admission Management System (OAMS) by January 17, 2026, at 5 pm,” the official notice said.
“Candidates vacating seats after 2 pm on January 9 are not eligible to participate in round 3. Failure to join a round 3 seat allotment will lead to forfeiture of the registration fee and disqualification from further and stray vacancy allotments,” the notice added.
