KCET 2025 marks entry link open for non-Karnataka board students; CBSE, CISCE candidates within state exempt

Download NowNEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has opened the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 marks entry window for students who studied outside the Karnataka state board. Eligible candidates can submit their Class 12 score through the KCET mark entry link available on the official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The exam authority clarified that students from the Karnataka state board and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), students from within the state do not have to enter their marks, as the details will be automatically collected from the Department of Pre-University Education.
“#UGCET-25: KEA has released a link for candidates who studied outside Karnataka to enter their Class 12 marks. Students from CBSE and ICSE boards within the state do not need to enter their marks. The marks can be submitted using the login ID,” the English translation of the official notice said.
Students who completed their Class 12 from other states or any other national or international board are required to submit their Class 12 marks as part of the KCET 2025 admission process. Candidates will have to log in using their registration number and password to enter and upload their Class 12 marks through the official KEA portal.

Candidates can follow the steps outlined below to complete the KCET 2025 marks entry process.
- Go to the official KCET website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
- Click on the direct link for the marks entry.
- Enter your registration number and password in the given fields.
- Fill in the board marks for all subjects and submit the form.
