Register FREENEW DELHI: Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has postponed the SSLC examination 2021, according to ANI report. The decision has been taken by the board due to the surge in the Covid-19 cases. KSEEB will release the new revised exam dates once the situation normalises.
According to a tweet by ANI, “SSLC Examination slated to begin from June 21 has been postponed in view of the surge in #COVID19 cases. The revised schedule will be decided after the second wave dies.”

The timetable for Karnataka SSLC exams scheduled to be held from June 21 to July 5, 2021, was released on sslc.karnataka.gov.in.
Before Karnataka Board, many other states either cancelled or postponed the Class 10 board exams. Last month, CBSE cancelled the Class 10 exams in view of the ongoing pandemic. CBSE has decided to promote the Class 10 students on the basis of internal assessment and a new marking scheme had also been released by the board.
