Try NowThe Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the second mock seat allotment list for the first round of state-level National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2025. Candidates can check the Karnataka NEET PG mock allotment 2025 on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
KEA said that after checking the second mock seat allotment results, candidates can revise, update, add or remove their already entered preferences (final options) within the last date fixed for choice-filling or the first round of Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025.
Those who have not entered their options yet can submit their choices on priority basis by paying Rs 750, the authority added. The last date to modify the preferences for MD, MS courses is November 26, till 8 pm. The provisional seat allotment result 2025 will be declared on November 27 after 11 am. Moreover, KEA will publish the Karnataka NEET PG final seat allotment 2025 on November 28 after 11 am.
KEA also informed that since the caste certificates containing the details of internal reservation were not available during the verification of PG medical details of Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates of Karnataka, the details of category they belong to have been taken into consideration in the first and second round of seat allocation, based on candidates’ requests.

Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2025: Internal reservation
Current SC candidates are required to obtain the caste certificate (SCA / SCB / SCC) from the respective Tahsildar containing the details of internal reservation with RD number printed and submit it in person to the KEA office by November 26.
If all such candidates who have mentioned SC reservation in the applications do not submit the original caste certificates, the seat will be allotted considering the category declared by the candidates during document verification. After the seat is allotted, the admit card will be issued only on production of the original caste certificate. No change of category is allowed at this stage, KEA added.
