Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2025: KEA extends round 3 document verification for MD, MS till tomorrow

Try NowThe Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for document verification and submission for candidates participating in round 3 of the state-level National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG 2025) counselling process until tomorrow, January 31.
For round 3 of Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025 , candidates who applied between January 18 and 26, 2026 and have not yet verified or submitted their original documents can do so by tomorrow.
According to the revised schedule, the Karnataka NEET PG round 3 choice filling window will open on February 2 at 1 pm. Candidates who filled out the application form can exercise the Karnataka NEET PG 2025 round 3 choice filling through the official website. The last date for round 3 choice filling is February 5, 2026.

Earlier, the last date to complete the document verification and submission for the Karnataka NEET PG 2025 round 3 was January 29.
Karnataka NEET PG 2025: Option entry from Feb 2
According to the official KEA notice, candidates who have been allotted seats in the Karnataka NEET PG round 2 and have joined the allotted college by paying the admission fee can participate in round 3 for seat upgradation.
“Those who newly registered with KEA, completed document verification, and submitted original documents as per the January 17, 2026, notification are also eligible to take part in the Karnataka NEET PG round 3 seat allotment,” the official KEA notice said.
However, the KEA has clarified that candidates who have joined postgraduate medical colleges, including deemed universities, through the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling after round 1 or round 2, as well as those who have been allotted seats in the AIQ mop-up round, are not eligible for the KEA NEET PG round 3.
“Candidates who cancelled their seats after round 1, or those who failed to pay the fee or cancelled after the provisional or final allocation in round 2, will also be barred from participating,” the official KEA notice added.
