JNU Admissions 2023: Physical document verification for MTech students on September 14

JNU document verification process for MTech students has been postponed due to G20 Summit in Delhi.
NEW DELHI: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will hold the physical document verification process of candidates who have been allotted seats under Master of Technology (MTech) programmes on September 14. The process was earlier scheduled to be conducted on September 8 to 9.

The JNU said the documents verification process for the MTech candidates was rescheduled on the account of Group of 20 (G20) Summit in Delhi. The university offers MTech programme in computer science and technology, data science, nano sciences and nano electronic.

Documents Required
Candidates who have been allotted seats in MTech programmes have to bring the following documents during the counselling session:
- Class X mark sheet
- Class XII mark sheet
- Graduation certificate for admission to PG courses
- Admit card of CUET
- Character certificate
- ID proof
- Passport size recent photographs (five)
- Migration certificate
The physical verification of documents for other postgraduate programmes will be held as per the schedule. The JNU started with the physical verification process of candidates allotted seats in MA programmes in foreign languageson September 1. The physical verification for other PG programmes were held on September 4, 5, 6. The documents of students allotted seats in remaining PG courses will be held on September 11, 12, and 13. As per the university, a final list will be published after registrationsby September 19.
