JNU Admission 2025: Registrations begin for UG, COP courses at jnuee.jnu.ac.in; apply by July 15

JNU UG Admission 2025: Candidates will be able to make corrections to their submitted application forms on July 16, 17. The first merit list will be published on July 23.
Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has started the admission process for undergraduate (UG) and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programmes for the 2025-26 academic session. Eligible candidates can apply for the JNU UG, COP admission 2025 through the university’s admission portal at jnuee.jnu.ac.in by logging in with their NTA application number and date of birth.
The last date to complete the registration process for the JNU UG, COP admission 2025 is July 15. Candidates will be able to make corrections to their submitted application forms from July 16 to July 17 through the official admission website. The first merit list for admissions is tentatively scheduled to be published on July 23.
As per JNU’s e-prospectus, admissions to undergraduate programmes for the 2025-26 academic session will be conducted through different entrance exams depending on the course. For the BTech programme, admissions will be based on scores from the Joint Entrance Examination (Main), with seat allocation carried out through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) or Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) schemes.
Admission to Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Honours) in Foreign Languages, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Ayurveda Biology, and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programmes will be through the Common University Entrance Test (Undergraduate) 2025, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
JNU Admission 2025: Pre-enrolment fee
To register for the pre-enrolment process and confirm their admission, candidates will have to pay Rs 313 for undergraduate programmes and Rs 264 for Certificate of Proficiency (COP) courses. Pre-enrolment registration and fee payment for candidates shortlisted in the first merit list will be held from July 23 to July 25.
