JMI MSc Biotechnology Admissions 2024: Candidates can apply for through the official website, jmicoe.in.
NEW DELHI: Office of Controller of Examinations, Jamia Millia Islamia is inviting applications for admission to MSc in Biotechnology course. Interested candidates can apply for JMI MSc Biotechnology admissions 2023 through the official website, jmicoe.in.
The total of number seats is 10. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit, displayed on the official website.

‘’The office of the Controller of Examinations invites applications for admission to MS. in Biotechnology supported by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Gol through GAT-B score at Department of Biotechnology, JMI for the academic session 2023-24’’, reads the official notification.
Interested candidates must have a BPharma or BSc, BSc.(Hons.) in Biosciences/ Biotechnology/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics or in any Area of Modern Biology with not less than 50 per cent marks in aggregate.
JMI MSc Biotechnology Admissions 2023: Reservation policy
- Candidates who fall under OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) must produce a relevant certificate issued by the appropriate body.
- The Muslim Minority category will take up any open seats from the categories of Women Applicants and OBC-NCL applicants.
- Candidates who have passed their JMI qualifying exams are considered internal Jamia Candidates. Students who obtained their degrees privately or remotely will not be eligible for relaxation.
- The qualifying examination will be relaxed by 5 per cent and 2 per cent in the aggregate for NCC Cadets and NSS Volunteers, respectively.
