try now testNEW DELHI: Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main aspirants are demanding the postponement of the exam even after the issuance of the JEE Main admit card 2022 today by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the JEE Main 2022 session 1 exam which is scheduled to be held from June 23 to June 29, citing the disruptions caused by protests against the Agnipath scheme, heavy rains and floods in the North East states in India.

JEE Main 2022 postpone requests are being made by the aspirants by using the hashtags #JEEMains2022 and #PostponeJEEMain2022 and tagging the education minister, prime minister and NTA on Twitter. Agnipath protest spread across the country with several trains getting cancelled, disrupting the transportation. The Samyukta Kisan Morcha, a farmer’s body has also called for a nationwide strike on June 24. Apart from this, the state of Assam is witnessing heavy floods affecting more than 47 lakh people.

Another Twitter user Tara tweeted saying how the government can conduct a national-level exam on the same date as on a national protest. The user also questioned the act of releasing the JEE Main admit card 2022 two days before the exam. "Respected Sir@dpradhanbjp @DG_NTA Farmer's body announced nationwide protest on 24 June. Candidates can download the JEE Main 2022 admit cards at jeemain.nta.nic.in. JEE Main 2022 will be held in two sessions -- June and July. The first session will be held from June 23 to June 29, and the second session from July 21 to July 30.
