NTA revises JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam dates; city slip out for April 2 to 8 exams

Candidates can download the JEE Main 2026 city allotment slip on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA will conduct the session 2 exam in two shifts.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 session 2 exam dates. The testing agency has also issued the JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam city slip 2026. Candidates can download the JEE Main 2026 session 2 city allotment slip on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their application number and password.
As per the revised JEE Main session 2 exam dates, NTA will conduct JEE Main 2026 exam for BE and BTech paper 1 on April 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8, and BArch and BPlanning paper 2 A and B will be held on April 7.
Earlier, JEE Main 2026 session 2 exams were scheduled from April 2 to 9.
The JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip will provide information about the city assigned to each candidate, where their examination centre will be located, helping them plan their exam arrangements.
NTA JEE Main 2026 session 2
NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam in various cities across the country and 15 cities outside India in two shifts. The JEE Main 2026 hall ticket will also be issued soon. The admit card will include details such as exam date and time, candidate’s name, date of birth, other personal details, centre address, and exam day guidelines.
Students will require the JEE Main 2026 application number and password to download their admit cards, once issued.
Candidates must carry their JEE Main 2026 hall ticket to the exam centre for verification purposes; however, the city slip is only for reference purposes.
