NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main) 2025 session 2 day 5 exam for paper 1 (BE/BTech). JEE Main 2025 April 8 exam was held from 3 pm to 6 pm. Candidates were advised to carry JEE Main session 2 admit card 2025 and follow dress code, exam-day guidelines. The last day of the JEE Mains 2025 April session will be held on April 9. The testing agency will hold JEE Main 2025 paper 2B (BPlanning) on April 9.

JEE Main admit card 2025 is available on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download the JEE Main 2025 April 8 admit card using their application number and password. It is mandatory to carry a photo ID and two photocopies along with the hall ticket.
The first three days of the JEE Main 2025 2nd attempt were moderately difficult. Notably, day 1 of the second session of JEE Mains 2025 turned out to be easier than the previous session, with comparatively easy mathematics. A physics question in JEE Main 2025 April 4 shift 2 was of JEE Advanced level.
JEE Main 2025 question paper will contain questions on physics, chemistry, and mathematics, divided into two sections – section A and section B. Students must note that there will no more be optional questions in section B and all five questions will be compulsory. There will be a total of 75 multiple-choice questions carrying a total of 300 marks.
As per JEE Main 2025 marking scheme, candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct answer. There will be a negative marking and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
Students will have to follow the JEE Main 2025 dress code and are advised not to carry the prohibited items into the examination hall.
