try now testNEW DELHI : NTA had released the JEE Main admit card 2020 at jeemain.nta.nic.in on August 17. It was released as a 4 page pdf with instructions on dealing with the COVID pandemic situation. Since JEE Main exam dates and time are September 1 to 6 in two shifts and COVID is still a risk factor, NTA has issued important exam instructions and advisory regarding COVID-19 for candidates in the admit card.

Some important instructions to be followed by candidates for JEE Main 2020
Candidates are also required to sign the self declaration form attached with the JEE Main 2020 admit card. They are required to carry this to the exam centre along with the JEE Main 2020 admit card.
To ensure safe and smooth conduct of JEE Main 2020 exam, NTA has issued do’s and don’ts for the JEE Main exam day. They are given as follows
What to carry to the JEE Main 2020 exam centre?

JEE Main 2020 admit card

Valid photo id proof
-
Duly filled self declaration form
-
Passport size photograph to be pasted on attendance sheet

50ml hand sanitizer
-
Transparent water bottle
-
Transparent ballpoint pen
-
PWD certificate (if applicable)
Dos for JEE Main 2020 exam day
-
Carefully read all the instructions mentioned in the JEE Main 2020 admit card and adhere to it.

Reach the examination centre centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card.

Carry the JEE Main undertaking form duly filled in with photograph and smudge free left thumb impression pasted at the space provided. Note the signature should be placed in front of the invigilator at the exam hall.

Candidates appearing for B.Arch examination should carry their own geometry box set, pencils, erasers and colour pencils or crayons. Using water colours will not be permitted.

Signature on the attendance sheet should be done only after sanitizing the hands.

The authorities will offer a fresh 3 Ply mask before entry. Each applicant should remove the mask worn by him or her from home and use the one provided at the centre only.

Remember to drop the duly filled admit card of JEE Main 2020 at the end of examination in the designated drop box. Failure to so this will result in non evaluation of the answer sheet.

Also drop any rough sheets used in the drop box provided.
Don’ts for JEE Main 2020 exam day

Do not wear shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons.

Do not carry any personal items such as electronic devices, mobile phones, or other prohibited items.

Do not gather outside the JEE Main 2020 exam centre. Maintain a social distance of 6 feet.
-
Parents or guardians should accompany their children at the exam centre only if necessary.

Do not move out of the exam centre before the conclusion of the exam.
