Candidates will be able to download the JEE Main admit card 2021 session 4 using their application number and date of birth .

Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in

Click on the “JEE Main phase 4 admit card 2021” link.

Enter application number and date of birth.

JEE Main 2021 admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Download the admit card and take a printout.
JEE Main 2021 4th attempt admit card contains the details of the exam date, time and exam centre address along with other basic details of the candidates. JEE Main 2021 exam day guidelines have also been released along with the admit card. Candidates will also be able to download the self-declaration form/ undertaking along with the JEE Main 2021 admit card. Candidates are required to carry the completely filled and duly signed JEE Main self-declaration form to the exam centres along with the admit card. No candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall without a valid JEE Main admit card 2021, a valid photo ID proof and self-declaration form.

In case of any discrepancies in the JEE Main session 4 admit card, candidates must contact the authorities immediately. JEE Main 4th session exam dates are August 26, 27, 31 and September 1 and 2. JEE Main 2021 3rd session exam was conducted on July 20, 22, 25 and 27 as a computer-based exam.
