The last date to complete JEE Main session 2 registration is February 25 at 9 pm. The fee payment can be made on the same day until 11:50 pm.
To fill the JEE Main 2026 application form for a single paper, General candidates have to pay Rs 1,000, Gen-EWS, OBC-NCL male candidates and female candidates of all categories have to pay Rs 800, and SC, ST, PwD, and transgender candidates have to pay Rs 500.

According to last year’s data, over 10 lakh candidates registered for JEE Main session 2, out of which 9.92 lakh appeared for the exam.
As per the JEE Main 2026 eligibility criteria, candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam in the last three years can apply for this engineering exam. There is no age limit to apply.
The JEE Mains exam has two papers: Paper 1 for BE and BTech, and Paper 2 for BArch and BPlanning. It will be conducted in 13 languages. According to the exam schedule, JEE Main 2026 will be held in two shifts—Shift 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and Shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm. Last year, NTA removed the optional questions from Section B of both papers.

- Click on the "Registration for JEE(Main)-2026 [Session-II]" link.
- Register and log in with your credentials.
- Fill the JEE Main session 2 application form.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Download and take a printout of the submitted form for your future use.
