Candidates are expected to soon share their reactions, including the overall difficulty level, section-wise experience, and key topics asked in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Coaching institutes can also release memory-based questions and unofficial answer keys for reference.

The JEE Main 2026 Day 3 shift 1 exam was easy to moderate in difficulty level. As per the student's reactions, Maths section was toughest, followed by Chemistry and Physics as per the difficulty level.
Around 96% candidates appeared for the JEE Mains 2026 exam on the first two days - January 21 and 22.
As per the students’ reactions, the JEE Main 2026 day 1 and 2 exam were easy to moderate to tough in difficulty level. Chemistry was challenging in JEE Main 2026 January 21 exam for morning shift, while Maths section was the toughest in shift 2.
Mathematics section in the JEE Main 2026 January 22 exam of shift 1 was tough and Physics moderate, as per the subject experts. While shift 2 saw challenging questions from the Maths section, the analysis reads.
The testing agency has scheduled the remaining JEE Main 2026 exams on January 24, 28 and 29. The exams will be conducted in dual shifts.
Candidates can download the JEE Main 2026 admit cards for the remaining exams through the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in using the login details such as application number and password.
In the latest updates, the testing agency has postponed the JEE Main 2026 examination for January 23 for West Bengal-based candidates due to Saraswati Puja celebrations.
In a post on X, NTA wrote, "In view of the representations received from candidates in the state of West Bengal regarding the celebration of Saraswati Puja on 23rd January 2026, it has been decided that all candidates scheduled to appear for JEE (Main) in West Bengal on January 23 2026 shall be allotted another date of examination among the advertised dates for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1 examination."
