JEE Main 2025 Session 2 City Slip (OUT) Live: Admit card likely on March 29 at jeemain.nta.nic.in; cut-offs

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2025 session 2 city intimation slip on March 20. Candidates will be able to download the JEE Main 2025 city intimation slip 2025 by visiting the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth or password to download the JEE Main exam city slip 2025.

The city intimation slip has the JEE Main 2025 exam city in which the aspirant’s centre is located. The JEE Main admit card 2025 will be issued 3 days before the exam. Accordingly, JEE Main session 2 admit card 2025 is expected on March 29.

The exam authorities have mentioned that they will have tried to allocate the JEE Main 2025 exam city based on the preferences chosen by the candidates. When filling out the JEE Main application form, candidates were required to select four preferred exam cities.

However, if there are very few candidates in a specific region or city, the testing agency may need to merge exam centers. This means that instead of having separate centers for each city, candidates from nearby regions might have been allocated to a combined center in a different location. So, while NTA will try to allot the candidates' first-choice exam city, factors like the number of candidates in each city could affect the final allocation, leading to the merging of centers in less populated areas.

JEE Main session 2 exam date 2025

JEE Mains 2025 session 2 exams will be conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 for paper 1 (BE, BTech) and paper 2 (BArch, BPlanning). The exam will be held in two shifts - shift 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm. Candidates will be required to carry their JEE Main admit card and a valid photo Id such as Aadhar card, PAN card, driving licence on the exam day.
