NEW DELHI:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the first session of JEE Main 2021 exam from February 23 to 26. The NTA will implement adequate measures for the conduct of exams on every JEE Main 2021 exam date. As a part of safety measures, the self-declaration undertaking, which is a part of JEE Main admit card 2021, has to be filled and signed by every candidate.

To ensure the health and safety of candidates on JEE Main 2021 date, the NTA has issued exam day guidelines related to COVID-19 . The instructions have been informed to candidates through the JEE Main admit card 2021. In addition to the guidelines, the NTA has also issued instructions to be followed by candidates on the day of JEE Main 2021.

Social distancing will be followed in the exam premises and the gap between two seats will be maintained

Hand sanitisers will be provided at the entry gate and inside the exam premises

Thermo guns will be used to check the body temperature of candidates before entry

A barcode reader will be used at the entry gate to scan the barcode on JEE Main admit card 2021

Six rough sheets will be provided to candidates and will be kept on desks

Candidates have to maintain a gap of 6-feet inside the exam premises. Floor marks will be placed for this purpose.

Candidates should report to the exam centre as per the time and date mentioned on their JEE Main 2021 admit cards.

Candidates should avoid gathering at the exam venue

Candidates should carry all the required documents like admit card with a signed undertaking part, a valid photo ID and one passport size coloured photograph.

For the drawing test, candidates should have to bring their own pencil and other required items

Candidates claiming PwD reservation have to bring the PwD certificate issued by the competent authority
The details of exam city, time, address will be mentioned on JEE Main admit card 2021. The NTA will be conducting the exam at around 392 cities in the country and in nice cities outside India.
