IPU to organise second open house on June 8 for prospective candidates
GGSIPU will conduct an open house on its East campus to discuss programmes and the admission process with the applicants and parents.
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will organise a second open house on June 8, 2025 at its Surajmal Vihar campus. The open house will be conducted for prospective candidates to discuss queries related to admissions and counselling.

Representatives from university school of mass communication, school of architecture and planning, school of automation and robotics, and school of design will also take part in the open house session to clear candidates’ queries about admission and counselling.
The university offers various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes for which the candidates will be selected on the basis of national level test or qualifying exams, Udayan Ghose, director of admissions at IPU , said.

Notably, IPU conducts IPU Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to its various UG and PG programmes. On the other hand, the university also accepts national-level test scores for admission.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of IPU CET and Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores, Ghose said.
“The university wants to answer all queries related to admissions face-to-face for applicants and potential applicants,” he added.
Furthermore, the university is also looking to conduct more open houses in the coming days, Ghose stated.
