IIT Roorkee, Imarticus Learning launch certification in HR management and analytics

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee's Continuing Education Centre (CEC) with Imarticus Learning will launch a certification programme in Human Resource (HR) management and analytics.

The certification programme will foster HR management practices by integrating data-driven decision-making techniques. The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at IIT Roorkee has developed the curriculum and will deliver the course and practical training to students.

According to the institute, the six-month programme will offer 100 hours of live training, comprising both theoretical concepts and hands-on practice. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in weekend live sessions with esteemed IIT faculties, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. The curriculum will cover statistical tools like excel, as well as advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis. Students will also be able to do real-world case studies.

The programme will have insights from HR data to drive informed decision-making and improve organizational performance. It will also incorporate analytical tools such as excel and python. The students will be able to learn machine learning algorithms to identify patterns, enhance HR processes, and promote better employee engagement and retention.

Participants will receive an industry-recognized HR certification from CEC, IIT Roorkee on successful completion of the programme.
