IIM Rohtak introduces BBA-LLB integrated programme; Know eligibility criteria

IIM Rohtak invites online application for integrated programme in law. Registration through CLAT 2023 will close on April 20, 2023.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak introduces five-year Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) with an aim at providing “an in-depth knowledge of business management with intricate details of law and governance”. The IIM Rohtak BBA-LLB programme is affiliated and recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI), the institute said.
Students who completed Class 12 will be able to apply for the programme through Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2023). However, IIM-Rohtak informed aspirants that there will be no lateral entry on the plea of graduation in any subject or exit by way of awarding a degree splitting the integrated programme, at any intermediary stage of the programme.
Online Application for registration through CLAT 2023 will close on April 20, 2023.
"The non-residential programme eventually housed at IIM Rohtak extension campus in Gurugram and on completion of the programme, students will be awarded with Integrated Degree of BBA-LLB," it said.
“Overall, the programme consists of 15 terms spread over a period of 5 years. A year has three terms, each of 3 months duration. The entire programme consists of courses in Business Management and Legal Education. Students will be undergoing several internships during the course of the programme,” the official website read.

General, NC-OBC and EWS category students should have scored a minimum of 60% in the qualifying exam and SC, ST, PWD (DAP) category applicants should have scored 55% in Class 10 and 12.
Those who will be completing Class 12 by the end of June 2023 can also apply for the course. According to the eligibility criteria, the age limit of candidates is maximum 20 years as on June 30, 2023.
