IIM Raipur opens registrations for senior executive programme; classes starts in July

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur, has started registrations for its 2nd cohort of the senior executive programme. The classes for the course will commence from June 2025.
Candidates who wish to apply for the 8-month-long management programme can visit the official website vcnow.in/iimr-executive-certificate-programme-ceos-leadership-peak/.
The programme, themed at “Leadership at Peak” is developed in collaboration with VCNow. It is designed for emerging CEO’s, senior management professionals and high-potential business leaders, the institute said.
Ram Kumar Kakani, director, IIM Raipur, said: “Leadership is a phenomenon which is experienced, practiced, and refined through real-world dealings. For those at the pinnacle of their professional journeys, the way to impactful leadership calls for more than theoretical frameworks. During the course participants will learn directly from those who have mastered leadership, offering an unparalleled opportunity to see leadership in action, from vision to execution.”

IIM Raipur’s Senior Executive Programme: Eligibility, curriculum
Working professionals with over 10 years of experience in senior management roles are eligible to apply for the course.
The classes for the management course will be conducted online every Sunday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Candidates will also get a chance to experience campus life through four days of non-campus learning.
The programme curriculum will guide candidates in leadership roles, theories, types, and value systems, complexities of business communication, and organisation.
Candidates, who face challenges in “digital transformation, managing multigenerational workforce, navigating the gig economy, or addressing environmental volatility, will find the program especially relevant,” the institute added.
