IIM Nagpur launches two-year blended MBA course for working professionals
The online live sessions for the Blended MBA programme will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7 pm to 10:15 pm, while Sunday online classes will be conducted from 9:30 am to 5:45 pm.
Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM Nagpur) has launched a two-year blended Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme for working professions. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks in the entrance test score and personal interview.
The institute will start the classes for the blended MBA programme from the first week of August and candidates can register for the entrance test through the IIM Nagpur’s official website at iimnagpur.ac.in by June 15, 2025.
“It features a comprehensive curriculum with 480 hours of core courses in the first year and 300 hours of electives and 60 hours of project work in the second year. The programme includes mandatory four campus immersion modules that provide hands-on learning and networking opportunities,” according to the official statement.
The MBA entrance test for admission to the blended MBA programme for working professionals is scheduled in the third week of June, 2025.
As part of the curriculum, candidates will be given access to 24x7 session recordings, e-learning modules, interactive discussions forums, and real-time progress tracking with the help of Jaro Education, an advanced technology platform, the institute said.

Designed for the working professionals, candidates will have the flexibility to attend the online live sessions, which will be held on Wednesday and Saturdays from 7 pm to 10:15 pm.
Sunday online classes will be conducted from 9:30 am to 5:45 pm and buffer slots on weekends for additional sessions as needed. “The second year follows a weekday and weekend evening schedule to maintain flexibility based on the elective courses chosen,” the institute said.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and at least three years of working experience are eligible to apply for the MBA entrance test.
Notably, applicants will be selected for admission to the Blended MBA programme at IIM Nagpur on the basis of their test scores and personal interview.
The MBA curriculum includes core management areas including strategic management, marketing, finance, operations, organisational behaviour, and emerging topics such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and sustainability.
After completing the blended MBA course, candidates will be able to apply for senior leadership roles, drive innovation, and navigate complex business challenges. “The programme fosters a strong network of professionals and alumni, enhancing career advancement opportunities across industries,” the institute added.
