IIM Kozhikode Placement: Highest salary at Rs 43.9 lakh per annum; 100% students placed

Average salary in the IIM Kozhikode 2023 placement stood at Rs 29.23 lakh per annum, while the median salary is Rs 25 lakh per annum.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has witnessed 100 percent placement in its postgraduate programme in business leadership (PGP-BL) 2023 batch. The PGP-BL is a one-year residential MBA programme. The average salary in the IIM Kozhikode 2023 placement stood at Rs 29.23 lakh per annum, while the median salary secured by the students is Rs 25 lakh per annum. The program attracted the participation of 50 companies which made 66 offers, including 4 international offers, to the 58 participating students. The highest salary offer recorded is Rs 43.9 lakh per annum.
The batch comprised a diverse cohort of participants with pre-MBA work experience in varied sectors including in manufacturing, technology, automotive, retail, finance, healthcare, public sector, and family business.

Consulting sector extended half of the offers, while general management, sales and marketing, and product management extended about 15% each. Some prominent recruiters that took part in this year’s placement process were Accenture Strategy, Accenture Technology, Accenture Operations, HSBC, Ernst and Young, Publicis Sapient, IBM Consulting, Cognizant, JSL, Standard Chartered, Axis Bank, Infosys Consulting, TheMathCompany, Merilytics, Quantiphi, Mphasis, Reliance Jio, Hexaware, Tata Elxsi, Whatfix, OneCard, and Paramount among others.
