IGNOU June TEE 2026 tentative date sheet out; term-end exams from June 1

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released the tentative date sheet for the June 2026 Term-End Examination (TEE). As per the schedule, exams will commence from June 1 and end on July 15. The examinations will be conducted in two shifts — morning session from 10 am to 1 pm and evening session from 2 pm to 5 pm.

The university stated that the schedule is provisional and the examination form submission portal will be activated shortly.
Students can report discrepancies in the date sheet on datesheet@ignou.ac.in by February 27. Practical examination dates will be announced separately by regional centres.

IGNOU June TEE 2026: Eligibility criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following conditions to appear in the term-end examinations:

Valid registration for the courses

Completion of minimum duration of the programme
-
Submission of required assignments before the deadline
The university also clarified that change of exam date or session will not be permitted in cases such as courses belonging to the same group, backlog subjects from different years, or courses from different programmes.
Some courses will follow an objective (OMR,MCQ) pattern while others will be conducted in descriptive mode.

Candidates appearing for BSHF101, FST01, BLI011, BLII012, BLII013, BLII014, PCO1, BEVAE181, BSSS183, DECE01, DECE02 and DECE03 will have their papers conducted in an objective format using the MCQ, OMR pattern.
As per the date sheet, learners who have already passed a course in a previous TEE but appear again in the current TEE (theory or practical) will not have their result declared and no fee will be refunded. Candidates seeking improvement in division must apply separately in offline mode at the concerned section within six months of the marksheet being issued.
