ICSI Result 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the Company Secretary (CS) Executive, Professional result 2025 for the June session exams. Candidates can download the ICSI CS Executive, Professional result 2025 on the official website, icsi.edu.

In the ICSI CS Professional exam, Prashil Singh has topped the exam in old syllabus while Bhumi Vinod Mehta is the new syllabus topper, according to the all India provisional merit list. In the ICSI CS June 2025 Executive exam, Tithi Bohra secured All India Rank 1.

Candidates have to enter their 17-digit registration number and roll number to access their CS professional result scorecards. The institute will issue the ICSI CS result-cum-marks statement in online mode. Along with the results, the ICSI CS pass percentage and toppers list will also be announced.

The CS June 2025 marksheet mentions details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, examination name, qualifying status, subject names with corresponding marks, and the overall aggregate score.

According to the ICSI CS passing marks 2025, students are required to score at least 40% marks in each subject and 50% aggregate to be declared pass in the CS professional and executive exams. ICSI conducted the CS Executive exam from June 1 to 8 and the CS Professional exam from June 1 to 10.
