ICSI CS December 2025 time table out for executive, professional programmes; registration begins tomorrow

The ICSI CS December 2025 Executive and Professional programmes are scheduled from December 22 to 29. The last date to register for the exam without a late fee is September 26.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 exam time table for Executive, Professional programmes. As per the schedule, the ICSI CS December 2025 exam will be held from December 22 to 29.
The exams for both the ICSI CS Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes, from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Candidates will be allowed an additional 15 minutes from 2 pm to 2:15 pm for reading the question paper before starting to write.
The institute will commence the ICSI CS December 2025 registration process from tomorrow, August 26. Eligible candidates can download the time table and register for the exam through the official website at icsi.edu. The last date to register for the ICSI CS December 2025 without a late fee is September 26.
“The Institute reserves 30th December, 2025, 31st December, 2025, 01st January, 2026 and 02nd January, 2026 to meet any exigency,” the official schedule said.
