The highest number of entries in the ICSE Class 10 examination came from the northern region, which includes the states and union territories of Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, New Delhi and NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

NEW DELHI: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Class 10 results today at 11 am. Out of the 252,557 students who appeared for the exam, 250,249 have passed. Girls recorded a pass percentage of 99.37%, slightly higher than boys, who registered 98.84%. Students who appeared for the exam can check their ICSE Class 10 results 2025 through the official website at cisce.org.
Region-wise, the western zone topped with 99.83%, followed closely by the south region at 99.73%. The northern region reported 98.78% and the eastern zone 98.70%.As in previous years, the board did not release a toppers’ list, maintaining its policy to discourage unhealthy competition among students.
In the ICSE Class 10 exam 2025, 16,304 Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates appeared, achieving a pass percentage of 98.71%. A total of 9,142 Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates took the exam, with a pass percentage of 97.28%. A total of 61,919 Other Backwards Classes (OBC) candidates participated, recording the highest pass percentage of 99.13%.

The ICSE Class 10th results 2025 reflect a steady trend with no major fluctuations in overall pass percentages over the past few years. The ICSE Class 10th overall pass rate has remained consistently high, staying above the 99% mark, similar to previous years.
