The ICSE Class 10 board examinations 2026 are being held from February 17 to March 30. Students were given 15 minutes to read the question paper before the writing time began.
For the Biology exam, the question papers were distributed at 10:45 am, while candidates were required to take their seats in the examination hall by 10:30 am.

ICSE Class 10 Biology 2026: Exam guidelines
Students appearing for the ICSE Class 10 Biology board exam should follow the instructions issued by CISCE to avoid any issues at the exam centre:
- Admit card requirement: Candidates must carry a hard copy of their admit card for every exam. Entry into the examination hall will not be allowed without it.
- Uniform and writing materials: Students must attend the exam in complete school uniform and write their answers using blue or black ballpoint pens, while pencils should be used only for diagrams.
- Reporting time: Candidates should reach the examination centre 30–45 minutes before the exam starts. Students arriving more than 30 minutes late may be denied entry.
- Reading time rules: The 15-minute reading period before the exam begins should be used to go through the question paper and plan answers. Writing during this time is not allowed.
- Prohibited items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall and may lead to disqualification if carried.
