Download NowThe Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will begin the CA Final January 2026 examinations from tomorrow, January 5. The examinations will continue till January 16, 2026. Candidates appearing for the CA Final January 2026 exams will have to carry their admit cards, follow exam-day guidelines strictly and reach their centre early.
ICAI CA January 2026 will be conducted across 290 cities in India and eight international centres. All papers will be held in pen-and-paper mode, maintaining uniform exam standards across domestic and overseas centres.
ICAI has scheduled the CA Final January 2026 exams on January 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 16. The first paper, Financial Reporting, will be held on January 5 from 2 pm to 5 pm, followed by Advanced Financial Management on January 7 and Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics on January 9, both from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Paper 4, Business Economics and Business and Commercial Knowledge, will be conducted on January 11 from 2 pm to 5 pm, while Indirect Tax Laws is scheduled for January 13 during the same time slot. The final paper, Integrated Business Solutions (Multi-Disciplinary Case Study with Strategic Management), will be held on January 16 from 2 pm to 6 pm.
ICAI CA Final Exams 2025: Past performance
In the September 2025 CA Final examination, 51,955 candidates appeared in Group I, recording a pass percentage of 24.66 per cent. Group II saw 32,273 candidates appear, with 8,151 candidates clearing the exam, resulting in a pass percentage of 25.26 per cent.
For candidates who appeared in both groups, the overall pass percentage stood at 16.23 per cent. Mukund Agiwal from Dhamnod secured the All India first rank with 83.33 per cent marks, followed by Tejas Mundada from Hyderabad and Bakul Gupta from Alwar.
