Try NowNEW DELHI: Department of Medical Education and Research, Haryana has commenced the docuemnt verification round for candidates who have been allotted seats in state National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 round 1 counselling today, September 2. As per the Haryana NEET UG 2024 counselling schedule, the document verification of candidates will be done till September 4, 2024.

After being allotted a seat in Haryana NEET UG 2024, candidates need to report to the allotted college within the specified timeframe for document verification. The last date of joining in the allotted institute is September 5, 2024.
Candidates are required to carry their original documents such as NEET scorecard, admit card, 10th and 12th certificates, and any other required documents. The college will verify these documents, and candidates will also submit self-attested photocopies. After successful verification and fee payment, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter. Failure to report within the given timeframe could result in losing the allotted seat.

Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2024: Document verification process
- Once a candidate is allotted a seat, they must report to the allotted college within the specified timeframe. The dates and deadlines are usually mentioned in the allotment letter. The provisional admission letter can be downloaded after documents verification.

Verification: Candidates must carry the original copies of all required documents to the college. The college authorities will verify the original documents to ensure that all details are correct and match the information provided during counselling.

Photocopies: Candidates are also required to submit self-attested photocopies of these documents to the college.

Fee Payment: Along with document verification, candidates may be required to pay the admission fee at the college. This is often done through a Demand Draft (DD) or online payment, as per the college’s instructions.

Provisional Admission: After successful verification of documents and payment of fees, the college will issue a provisional admission letter to the candidate.This letter confirms the candidate's admission to the course and college.

Failure to Report: If a candidate fails to report to the allotted college within the given timeframe, their seat may be forfeited, and they may lose their claim to the allotted seat.
