GATE 2025 Answer Key LIVE: IITR GATE answer key likely today at gate2025.iitr.ac.in; results, cut-offs

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee is expected to release the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 answer key today. Candidates who appeared for the GATE 2025 exam will be able to download the GATE 2025 answer key through the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

GATE 2025 exams were held on February 1, 2, 1,5, and 16, and were conducted by IIT Roorkee. The GATE 2025 exam duration was three hours. Candidates who find any discrepancy in the answer key will be able to object within the given time. The GATE 2025 final answer key will be released after evaluating all the objections raised by the candidates.

The institute will also release the GATE response sheets along with the answer key. The GATE response sheet will include the candidate’s name, exam date, centre details, shift, timings, chosen responses, attempt status, etc. The GATE 2025 cut-offs will be announced after the results are declared. For admissions to the MTech programmes the institutes will release their GATE 2025 cut-offs.

GATE 2025 marking scheme

Candidates will be able to calculate their probable GATE 2025 scores using their GATE marking scheme.

• All questions will be either for 1 mark or 2 marks
• There will be no negative marking for MSQ and NAT-type questions.
• For multiple choice questions, there will be a negative marking of 1/3 for 1 mark questions, while 2/3 of the mark will be deducted for 2 mark questions.
