NBE FMGE 2023 admit card not out yet. Nuh police have detained 12 students from Hasanpur and suspect a paper leak racket was being run in the farmhouse.
NEW DELHI: Several candidates have expressed concern about the delay in issuing admit cards for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2023. With just a day left for the exam, a large number of candidates have started demanding clarity from the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

A recent report by The Tribune said that a group of FMGE aspirants were attacked in Hasanpur village on Thursday by armed men who posed as crime branch members. Twelve students and a teacher were detained from the farmhouse, and six suspects were arrested, the report said.
The Nuh SP Narender Bijarnia told The Tribune that they suspect FMGE paper leak racket was being run from the farmhouse. “We suspect the attackers could be of a rival coaching centre. The fight was about a leaked question paper and they had come to seek ransom,” the report quoted an police officer.
The FMGE is scheduled to be held tomorrow at various centres across the country. The NBEMS conducts FMGE exam twice every year and around 33,001 write the exam to practice medicine in India.
FMGE is a screening test is held for foreign medical graduates to practice medicine in India and for obtaining a provisional or permanent registration certificate from the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the State Medical Council (SMC).
Medical student, Vishwas J Akhani, wrote on X: “I request @NbeIndia to please Issue Admit card for me and many students like me who are still waiting for Admit card and in this critical situation. I am literally scared that I won't be able to give this Fmge exam. Please, it's a Humble request to issue the remaining Admit cards.”
