The centre is located in Vile Parle in close proximity to several educational institutes in the city. The location has been chosen to eliminate the need for long commutes so that the students can focus on test preparation, ETS said.
Lejo Sam Oommen, chief revenue officer of ETS India, said, “The centre will provide valuable resources and services to test takers in the city, and thereby help to further ETS’s commitment to fostering educational growth and global competence.”
Founded in 1947, ETS serves learners, educators and government agencies by providing measurement solutions, and conducting research, analysis and policy studies. It conducts GRE and TOEFL in more than 200 countries, at over 9,000 locations worldwide.
Chief executive officer of Collegepond Suraj Bajaj said, "For over two decades, our organisation has been at the forefront of study abroad consulting, guiding countless students in shaping their academic journey. Our legacy transcends mere admission assistance. We empower students to make pivotal choices that define their higher education and professional trajectories.”
