SRINAGAR: Authorities on Wednesday ordered closure of educational institutions in three border districts of Kashmir as a precautionary measure, hours after Indian armed forces carried out missile strikes on terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, officials said.
