Delhi University’s NCWEB starts UG admission to fill 15,200 seats

Download NowUniversity of Delhi’s Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) has activated the registration link for admission to its Undergraduate (UG) programmes for women candidates for the academic year 2025-26.
The board aims to fill a total of 15,200 seats across 26 centres for the Bachelors of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) programmes. The courses are designed for women who are unable to attend regular college due to personal, social or financial issues.
Eligible candidates can apply for the NCWEB admissions 2025 through the official website at ncwebadmission.uod.ac.in. The first merit list will be released after the registration window closes.
The NCWEB will provide a flexible and affordable path to higher education through weekend classes and merit-based admission.
As per the admission criteria, candidates will be selected on the basis of their class 12 marks. "Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board truly embodies the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi," Bhatt added.
DU’s NCWEB Admissions 2025: Timings for classes
The board will conduct the classes on Saturdays or Sundays at various DU colleges to make it easy for women to manage education and household responsibilities, jobs or caregiving duties.
Selected candidates will also be given access to the university’s vast e-liberary and the libraries of host colleges. Notably, financial aid and book loan facilities will be available for deserving students.
"This institution of DU is a ray of hope for girls who are unable to attend regular college due to financial or social challenges. It gives them a chance to continue their education and contribute meaningfully to society," Geeta Bhatt, professor and director at NCWEB said.
