Delhi University to hold special exam for students who missed exams due to ‘Operation Sindoor’

Download NowThe University of Delhi (DU) will provide special opportunities for students who were absent during their semester exams in May due to ‘Operation Sindoor.’ The special provision will allow students who missed papers on May 13, 14, and 15, 2025.
Students who missed the Delhi University semester exams in May must fill the Google form (https://forms.gle/zkWJxTQiVf73ft7j6) by July 10, 2025.
Gurpreet Singh Tuteja, professor and controller of examinations at DU, said that the university will conduct special exams for undergraduate and postgraduate students to reappear for their missed papers for the academic session 2025-26.

"All concerned students of under graduate and post graduate for academic year 2024-25 are hereby informed that the last date of submission of Google form on the following link for the Examination is 10.07.2025 (Thursday) till 11.59 pm," the official notification reads.
In order to reappear for the special exams, students must fill a google form given in the official statement. As per the notice, only those students will be allowed to appear for the exams who missed the exams earlier.
Notably, reappearing students should have to show the document proof that they missed the DU semester exams in May, 2025.
“The controller of examinations emphasised that the provision ensures students are not academically penalised for events beyond their control, while maintaining the integrity of the process by requiring valid documentation,” the official notice further said.
