DU UG Admission 2025: Upgradation round allotment out; confirm seats by August 23

Download NowThe University of Delhi (DU) has announced the allotment result of upgraded seats under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for undergraduate admission for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates allotted a seat under the DU UG upgradation round 2025 can accept the seat by tomorrow, August 23.
The university has also announced the round 2 allotment results for College Withdrew (CW), Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA), Sports Quota, Ward Quota, and Spot Admission rounds for undergraduate programmes under the CSAS 2025-26. Eligible candidates can accept their seats through the official website at admission.uod.ac.in.
As per the official schedule, colleges will verify and approve applications online till 11:59 pm on August 23. The last date for online fee payment is 4:59 pm on August 24. The DU CSAS upgradation round was conducted to allow candidates who have already secured a seat in an earlier round to move to a better-preferred programme or college based on their merit and availability of seats.
“The dashboard of all the admitted candidates will be kept in freeze mode and they will not be allowed to withdraw their admissions after 11:59 PM August 24, 2025,” the official notice said.

DU spot admission rounds for unallocated seats
The DU will conduct spot admission rounds for candidates who remain unallocated to any college after August 24. The vacant seats for the DU CSAS spot round will be displayed on August 25. Candidates can apply for spot admission via their dashboards till August 27.
As per the institute, spot admission allocations are final, with no option to upgrade or withdraw. Failure to accept a spot admission seat will result in forfeiture of eligibility for DU undergraduate admission. Candidates can only select vacant programmes plus college combinations as per their category during the spots round admission.
The seat allocations result for the spot admission round will be announced on August 28. Candidates allotted a seat in the spot round will have to accept their seats by August 29. Online fee payment for spot admission closes on August 30.
“The seat allocated in a particular spot admission round will be final and will not be upgraded in any subsequent round/s of Spot Admission, if any,” the notice said.
