Try NowNEW DELHI: As heavy rains lash Kerala, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to postpone the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2022) for the candidates who will be appearing in cities of Kerala on August 4, 5 and 6, 2022.
“Due to heavy rain in many districts of Kerala in past few days, it has been brought to the notice of NTA that it may not be possible for a large number of candidates to reach the examination centre for CUET (UG) – 2022 within stipulated time as the movement will be very difficult and there may be disruption of power,” an official notification available on the NTA CUET’s website read.
“Therefore, to support the student community, it has been decided to postpone the CUET (UG) – 2022 for the candidates who will be appearing in cities of Kerala state for 4, 5 and 6 August 2022,” the NTA informed.
The revised dates for CUET exam 2022 will be announced soon by the NTA for these candidates. The CUET phase 2 exams is being held from August 4 to 20 in around 554 exam cities in India and 13 cities abroad. The CUET admit card 2022 for phase 2 exams to be held on August 4, 5 and 6 was issued on August 2 at cuet.samarth.ac.in.
