Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will issue the CUET provisional answer key 2024 soon. Candidates who appeared for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 held from May 15 to May 24 will be able to download the CUET answer key 2024 from the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.
CUET UG results 2024 will be declared on June 30. The exam was conducted in hybrid mode, computer-based test mode as well as pen and paper mode, for admission to undergraduate programmes offered by central, state, private, and deemed universities across the country. Around 13.48 lakh students appeared for the national-level entrance test.
Along with the answer key, NTA will also release the scanned copy of candidates’ OMR sheets and CUET 2024 questions papers.
Once the provisional answer key of CUET UG 2024 is out, applicants will be given an opportunity to challenge the key by paying an objection fee of Rs 200 per question. The deadline to raise objections against the provisional key will be intimated along with the answer key.
The subject experts will examine the challenges made by the students and in case, found correct, make revisions in the keys of all candidates. Based on the recommendations of the experts, a final answer key will be released. CUET UG 2024 result will be declared on the basis of the final key only.
According to the marking scheme, five marks will be awarded to students for each correct answer whereas one mark will be deducted for answering a question incorrectly.
