Check Now testNEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date to apply for the upcoming CTET January 2024 exam. Interested candidates who haven't applied yet can now submit their applications by December 1 on the official website ctet.nic.in. The initial deadline, which was set for November 27, has been extended for candidates' convenience.
The CTET 2024 exam consists of two papers - paper I is for appointment of teachers for Classes 1 to 5, whereas paper II is for appointment of teachers of Classes 6 to 8. The CTET 2024 exam paper will include only multiple-choice type questions (MCQ), each question carries one mark, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

How to apply for CTET 2024?
- Go to the official website of CTET- ctet.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on the link “Apply for CTET Jan 2024”
- Now, click on new registration and register yourselves with the required details.
- Login with the credentials generated during registration.
- Fill the application form.
- Pay the exam fee and upload the required documents.
- Submit the form and download it for future reference.
