COVID-19: Anna University postpones April- May semester exams

NEW DELHI: The Anna University has decided to reschedule the end-semester examinations of April- May for its affiliated colleges.
The university announced that it will conduct the examinations after the lockdown is lifted, the Hindustan Times reported on April 9.
The university will reschedule the exams, including “special examinations for students who have exhausted the maximum period of study.”
Hindustan Times quoted the university’s controller of examinations as saying, “The revised time-table for the said examinations of April/May 2020 will be published afresh after the lockdown.”
Currently, in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, all the educational institutions in the country have been shut down and all the examinations postponed beyond the lockdown period.
