COMEDK UGET 2026 registration begins for engineering admission; exam on May 9

Download NowThe Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has started registrations for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (COMEDK UGET 2026) today, February 3, for admission to undergraduate engineering courses. Eligible candidates can fill out the COMEDK UGET 2026 application form on the official website, comedk.org.
The last date to fill the COMEDK 2026 registration form is March 16, 2026, up to 12 pm. As per the official schedule, the COMEDK UGET 2026 exam will be conducted on May 9, 2026. The institute will also conduct the Unified Council of Engineering Entrance Exam (Uni-GAUGE 2026) on May 9 this year.
The COMEDK UGET mock test will be made available on the official website on February 18, 2025. The COMEDK UGET 2026 application correction window will open on April 10 at 2 pm, and candidates will be able to edit their submitted application forms until April 13, up to 2 pm.

COMEDK UGET 2026 fees
The Test Admission Ticket (TAT) for COMEDK 2026 will be issued on April 29. The authority will release the COMEDK UGET answer key on May 13, and candidates will be able to raise objections by May 15.
The final answer key will be released on May 20, and the COMEDK UGET scorecard will be made available on May 29 at 2 pm.
To apply for the COMEDK UGET 2026 exam, candidates from the PCM stream will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,950 for COMEDK UGET and Rs 3,200 for both COMEDK UGET and Uni-GAUGE.

COMEDK UGET 2026 eligibility criteria
Candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board with at least 45% marks in PCM (40% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates), and with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics, are eligible to apply for the COMEDK UGET 2026 exam.
Candidates should have passed all subjects individually from a single board, as marks from different boards are not accepted. Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for COMEDK UGET 2026, as there is no lateral entry admission.
