Download NowNEW DELHI: Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has issued the exam schedule for the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET 2025). As per the schedule, the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam will be conducted on May 10, 2025.
The COMEDK UGET 2025 registration window will be open on February 3, 2025. Eligible candidates will be able to fill out the COMEDK UGET 2025 application form through the official website at comedk.org. The last date to fill out the COMEDK UGET 2025 application form is March 15, 2025.
COMEDK UGET 2025: Fee details
Candidates who want to register for the COMEDK UGET 2025 entrance exam will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,950 along with a convenience charge/fee as applicable. Candidates who want to register for both COMEDK UGET and the Unified Council of Engineering Entrance Exam (UNIGAUGE) will have to pay the registration fee of Rs 3,200.
COMEDK UGET 2025: Eligibility criteria
Candidates can check the COMEDK UGET 2025 eligibility criteria for the undergraduate (UG) engineering courses given below.
- The qualifying examinations required for admission to Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programmes are the second Pre-University Course (PUC), Class 12 or an equivalent examination recognised by State or Central governments.
- The last two years of study shall comprise of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject.
- The General Merit candidates should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually.
- Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics as one of optional subjects. However, changes, if any, in the eligibility criteria by the AICTE/VTU will be adopted.
- An attempt in the COMEDK Entrance Test seeking admission to Engineering courses is considered adequate for figuring in the rank list.
- Diploma candidates are not eligible to take the Entrance Test as there are no lateral entry admissions.
