NTA issues CMAT answer key 2026 for MBA, PGDM admissions; challenge by February 2

Download EBookThe National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CMAT 2026 provisional answer key along with the question paper and recorded responses. Candidates can download the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2026 answer key through the official website at cmat.nta.nic.in.
Those who are not satisfied with the CMAT 2026 provisional answer key can raise objections by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question. The challenge window will remain open until February 2.
All objections raised by candidates will be checked by a panel of subject experts. If any challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be updated and the revised answer will be applied to all candidates.

Candidates can check the answer key by following the below steps:

Go to the official CMAT website at cmat.nta.nic.in.

Click on the link for the CMAT answer key on the homepage.

Log in using your registered credentials.

Submit the details to access the answer key.
-
Download it and take a printout for future reference.
CMAT 2026: How to challenge the answer key:
Candidates can challenge the provisional answer key by following these steps :

Visit the official CMAT website and log in using your application number and password.

Click on “View Question Paper” to see your recorded responses, then select “Click to view/Challenge Answer Key”.

Match the Question ID from the question paper with the corresponding ID shown in the answer key, as they may not be in sequence.

Select the option(s) you wish to challenge by ticking the relevant checkbox and upload supporting documents, if any, in a single PDF file.

Click on “Submit and Review Claims” and make changes if required, or proceed to final submission.

Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per question through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

After successful payment, the challenge will be submitted and saved for review by subject experts.
