Try NowNEW DELHI: The Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh (CGDME) will announce the round 1 seat allotment result for state National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) counselling today, August 30. Candidates who participated in round 1 counselling process will be able to download the Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2024 seat allotment result through the official website, cgdme.in.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the Chhattisgarh NEET UG round 1 seat allotment result 2024.
The Chhattisgarh NEET 2024 counselling process includes registration, payment of the application fee, choice-filling and locking, preparation of the merit list, seat allotment result, reporting to the institute, and confirming admission.
Chhattisgarh NEET UG counselling reporting form August 31
As per the Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2024 counselling schedule, shortlisted candidates will be required to report the allotted college between August 31 to September 5 to complete the admission process. Candidates will have to carry their original documents along with photocopies for the verification round,
The Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2024 round 2 choice-filling process will be held from September 9 to September 18. The Chhattisgarh NEET 2024 seat allotment result for round 2 will be announced on September 23. Candidates will be required to report the allotted college between September 24 to 27.

After the seat allotment in the Chhattisgarh NEET UG Counselling 2024, candidates must follow the steps given below-

Seat Acceptance and Reporting : Candidates who have been allotted a seat must accept it and download the seat allotment letter from the official website. They are then required to report to the allotted college within the specified dates, bringing all necessary documents for verification.

Document Verification : Upon reporting to the college, candidates must present original documents, including their NEET scorecard, admit card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and others as specified by the authorities. Verification of these documents is mandatory to confirm the seat.

Next Rounds of Counselling : If there are vacant seats after the first round, subsequent rounds of counselling will be conducted. Candidates who did not receive a seat in the first round can participate in these rounds by filling in their preferences again.

Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy Rounds : A mop-up round will be conducted if seats remain unfilled after the main counselling rounds. There will also be a stray vacancy round if seats are still available after the mop-up round. These rounds allow candidates to secure any remaining seats based on merit and preference.
