CGBSE Hindi Paper Leak: Chhattisgarh board Class 12 re-exam on April 10

CGBSE: Chhattisgarh Board Class 12 Hindi 2026 re-exam will be held from 9 am to 12:15 pm.
Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) Raipur, will hold a re-exam for Chhattisgarh board Class 12 Hindi exam 2026 on April 10, following allegations of paper leak. CGBSE will conduct the Chhattisgarh board 12th Hindi re-exam from 9 am to 12:15.
According to several media reports, the CGBSE Class 12 Hindi paper held on March 14 has been cancelled following claims of paper leaks circulating on social media on March 15 and 16. In response to these complaints, an FIR was filed, and the matter was taken up for thorough investigation.
For the Chhattisgarh board Class 12 Hindi 2026 re-exam, students must reach the exam centre atleast 30 minutes before the exam begins.
According to the new schedule, the CGBSE 12th Hindi re-exam will begin at 9 am, and the answer sheet will be distributed at 9:05 am. Students will have a five-minute reading period from 9:05 am to 9:10 am to go through the question paper. Answer writing will then begin at 9:15 am and continue until 12:15 pm.

The CGBSE board decided to cancel the exam after an examination committee meeting held on March 23. After reviewing the available evidence and reports, the committee recommended that the integrity of the exam had been compromised and a re-test should be held to ensure fairness and transparency.
CGBSE conducted the Chhattisgarh board Class 12 board exams 2026 from February 20 to March 18. CGBSE will announce the Chhattisgarh board Class 12 board results 2026 tentatively in May.
